Professional 19 my is our thinnest stretch film, which despite its low my number gives the bale the highest density. Since the plastic is thin it is important to handle the bale somewhat more carefully than with thicker plastic. Professional 19 my allows for up to 35% more bales per roll, compared to traditional 25-my stretch film. Stretch film Professional is best suitable for the second, third, fourth etc harvest.
SiloPower 21 my is a perfect all-round stretch film suitable for all crops, square and round bales. SiloPower has an even thickness and the plastic is made of no less than 7 pcs of microlayers per plastic sheet. This advanced technology enables the stretch film to have a puncture strength of ca 350 grams (EN-norm: 120 grams).
Stretch film PowerPro 21 my is the optimum solution to your challenges. This plastic is made of 7 pcs of microlayers per plastic layer, which in combination with the raw material composition combination creates a stretch film that is both thin and strong. Power Pro has a high puncture strength that protects against prickles and other perforations. World-class tear strength and 50% increated bale density (compared to 25 my plastic)
Balplast PowerXL/Ultra 22 my is our best seller that works optimally for both square and round bales. This stretch film is part of our Power-series where we have gathered our modern, thin plastic made of perfectly assembled raw materials in 7 microlayers per plastic layer. One roll POwer XL cintaint more meters of plastic which means more bales per roll compared to ordinary 25-my plastic. This strech film also gives rise to fewer machine stops and a superiorly thick overlap.
Balplast FarmWrap 25 my replaces the former FarmFilm. Difference is that FarmWrap has 5-microlayers per each layer of plastic, compared to the previous 3 microlayers. This stretch film works very well for both round and square bales and has a high tear strength.
SuperGrass 25+ my is mainly used for square bales; the most demanding form of bale with very sharp edges and especially corners as spearheads. Considering the speed with which new bale machines operate at, a strech film above the ordinary is required.
With special raw materials the required properties are finely honed and as such this plastic has 7 different microlayers - the end product SuperGrass therefore has completely unique properties. This strech film is tougher, stronger and more flexible with provides denser edges and fewer operational stops. The puncture- and tear strength has doubled.
