Blue PP film – the most classic rope in the market!
Blue PP-film is a classic and affordable rope that has been in our range since our inception in 1967. It’s made of 3-strand polypropylene, which gives the rope it’s lightweight and soft characteristics. This durable material works excellently as a budget alternative for most projects. Additionally, it floats in water and is UV-stabilized. The rope is a versatile all-round rope that is perfect for both home and workshop use. However, it is worth noting that PP film may become slightly rugged over time due to its material and UV radiation from the sun.
Can I use the rope ouside? In that case, we recommend opting for a polyester rope instead, as it withstands sunlight even better. Please note, however, that a polyester rope tends to sink in water.
