ORDER AND PAYMENT
After placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. Then you can easily see if your order has been processed.
Orders placed before 12:00 are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse (not for special orders). If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to change or cancel an existing order, please send an email to email@example.com.
Click on the “Login/Register” icon. Then click on “Forgot your password“. Enter your username or email address and a new password will be sent to you.
If the product you selected is not in stock, you will see a box on the product page where you can easily enter your email address. You will then receive an email when the product is back in stock.
According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a purchaser of customised products such as rope on running meters, personalised design of boat accessories or other custom-made products do not entitle you to return them.
At the moment, you cannot select specific delivery points. Our transport providers will choose the geographically closest delivery point based on the delivery address you provided in your order. We always try to ensure, as far as possible, that the delivery of your ordered products is delivered to the nearest collection point.
If you live on an island or other location that may make it more difficult for our transport providers to find a delivery point close to your address. we have no guarantee that the ordered products will arrive at the nearest delivery point.
RETURN, CHANGE AND COMPLAINTS
To make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an approval of the return before your products are sent back to our warehouse. After authorisation, fill in the return slip included in the package you received with your goods. Then send the parcel to us. The shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

In the case of a return, you pay for the return costs and are thus also responsible for transport. Use a traceable shipping method and keep your receipt. This is to track the delivery and to prove your return if it does not reach our central warehouse.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will contact you by email.
It can take up to five working days for us to receive and process returns.
Returning a product is at your expense as a consumer. This is a step towards reducing transport and promoting conscious consumption.
Once we have received your return, we normally refund your money within 10 working days.
Of course! Be sure to mark all the order numbers to which the return relates on the return form.
As a consumer, you have the right under the Distance Selling Act to return your sale goods within 14 days of receiving your products.

Once we have processed your return, we will request a refund via Svea Ekonomi. The refund can take up to 10 banking days.
