3. PRICES AND FEES
When you order product (s) via our site, the prices stated on www.poly.se apply. Prices are primarily stated in Swedish kronor including Swedish VAT. Other fees such as payment and shipping fees are listed separately.
For consumer orders within the EU, prices are presented including the buyer’s country’s VAT. For non-EU countries, prices are presented excluding VAT.
Circumstances that we can not influence can cause our prices and fees to change, such as a significant change in raw material prices, a change in currency or a change in VAT. Should the VAT change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees by the corresponding amount.
Fees outside the EU:
If you shop outside the EU, all prices are presented without VAT. VAT is paid in the country to which the goods are delivered. Import duty is added and paid via the transport company to the customs authority. The import fee is not shown on your order confirmation.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
Invoice is only available for Sweden and Finland. When you choose the payment method invoice, the invoice must be paid within 14 days from the order date. You will find the payment details for the invoice in the email you received from SVEA Ekonomi in connection with the purchase.
When paying invoices, Poly-Produkter or its partner may make a credit report. If so, you will be informed of this.

When you pay in this way, the payment is handled by our payment partner SVEA Ekonomi to guarantee fast and secure payment. When you use the direct payment method, the money will be deducted directly from your account when you make the purchase on our site. No reservation is made.
5. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
Poly-Produkter may for periods have campaigns on www.poly.se with more favorable terms than what appears under these General Terms and Conditions, for example regarding payment. Terms with more favorable offers apply as long as the campaign is active. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. When a campaign is terminated or revoked, these terms apply without change. Specific offers on specific goods are limited in time and as long as stock lasts.
6. FREIGHT RATES
We strive to make it easier for you to shop online. That’s why we always offer delivery at a fixed price of SEK 49 if you order more than SEK 499. Within Sweden. Otherwise it is free of charge. (within Sweden)
In addition to our standard shipping, you can choose other options such as home delivery, depending on your preferences and needs. You can see the different shipping options and their costs in our checkout. We work with leading shipping companies such as DHL and Postnord to offer the most suitable shipping option for you.
Delivery to the delivery point:
If you choose to have your order delivered to a delivery point, we will send the parcel to the agent you have chosen that is close to your delivery address. Depending on your choice, the item will be sent to a DHL or Post Office delivery point. When the item arrives at the delivery point, you will receive either an SMS, a letter notification or an email informing you that the item can be collected. You can then collect the item at any time during opening hours. Usually the goods need to be collected within 14 days, but you will be given more information about this when the goods are delivered to the collection point. Please note that the goods can only be collected by the person who is the recipient at the time of delivery and that an identity check will be carried out when collecting the goods.
We currently offer home delivery through PostNord. If the home delivery option is not available in the checkout, it is probably because PostNord does not deliver to your area. In this case, you can choose another shipping method. PostNord gives you continuous updates on the whereabouts of your parcel, and you can track it in their app available for download on Google Play or Appstore.
You will be contacted by the transport company before delivery, on the telephone number you provided at the time of purchase. They will give you an approximate delivery time of around 3 to 4 hours, and an adult must sign for the delivery and provide proof of identity. We can’t influence the carrier’s timetable and delivery dates. In some areas of Sweden, the carrier may only offer home delivery on certain days of the week.
Change of delivery address:
Once the product has been dispatched from the warehouse, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Therefore, it is particularly important that you double-check the delivery address and make sure it is absolutely correct before placing and authorising the order.
In accordance with the swedish Consumer Purchase Act (konsumentköplagen), you as a consumer always have a three-year right to make a complaint from the time you receive the product. An item can be complained about if an error that existed at the time of delivery has occurred. It is important that you contact us by e-mail email@example.com as soon as you can, preferably within 2 months. If, after contacting us, you are to return the item, it must be sent to the address provided on the return note that came with the shipment. When we have received the item that you want to complain about, we will decide whether it is a defect in the item. If there is a defect in the product, we will replace you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the time we received the product from you. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for shipping and overhead costs for the product you have complained about. The amount is paid back to the account from which the purchase was made.
8. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of SEK 350 incl. VAT, to cover the transport company’s fees.

Your return is automatically deducted and you see it on the next invoice.
The amount is paid back to the same debit card from which the money was deducted.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right, for example, to open the packaging and review the item you bought. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 365-day withdrawal period from the day you received the goods. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 365 days of receiving the goods. To send the item back, fill in the return slip that is included in your package and state what you return. Before you send the product back, we ask you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, that you want to return. You are responsible for return shipping and transport risks. Returned goods and their packaging must be in unchanged condition, ie unused and not destroyed or damaged. You do not have to send the item back in the same packaging it came in.
A fee for shipping will be added upon return, and this varies depending on the size and weight of the package, what country and what product the return concerns.
The right of withdrawal applies to almost all our goods in our range. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods according to your wishes, or which have a clear personal touch.
If you choose to return the item, we will refund the full amount except for the return shipping and for any additional services. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of us receiving your notification that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

12. SUPPORT AND AVAILABILITY
We usually answer questions via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your question, this only applies on weekdays. For other support matters such as complaints, transport issues, etc., the processing time may be longer.
Do not send advances:
We are not responsible for money, checks and stamps sent by letter.
We report all frauds and data breaches to the police, as well as attempts to do so. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your purchase if we have reason to suspect fraud, hacking and / or other types of misuse of our site.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
All sales and delivery agreements are subject to force majeure.
