Cruising sheet – a fuzzy sheet for better grip
Sheet line Cruising is a rope for those in search of a line with really good grip! This line with its fuzzy cover is a hit wherever it is used. Whether on the boat or in the theater. Thanks to its fuzzy structure, it can be used for many different projects.
Cruising Sheet is a very shape-stable line thanks to its braided inner core. This is especially appreciated when the rope needs to go through blocks and the like. The line has a 24-plait construction with spun polyester wool yarns that give it its soft and grip-friendly surface.
Unique sheathing
As a sheet line on a sailing boat, it has won the favour of many thanks to its somewhat unique sheathing. A classic sheet as they were constructed in the past, but with today’s high-performance composition and fibres. Made by the same Portuguese rope manufacturer that we at PolyRopes started working with at the beginning in 1967.
The sheet is maximally UV-stabilized and sinks in water.
